Jan's personal profile is impressive, she is a highly motivated person who has competed in a number of marathon and triathlon events, including the Auckland Ironman competition.
In 1990 she trained and took a Dragonboat team to represent New Zealand in Osaka, Japan.
Jan is also a RGON with thirty years experience in nursing, 22 years of this in Occupational Health.
Her focus is on preventative care and wellness / fitness programs.
Jan's goal is to provide a high standard of service to the company's she works with.
Her commitment for Safety Injury Prevention Services is that it will provide Health and Safety programs that are specific to the needs of each client, that are effective, and that will contribute to an increase in the productivity and business growth of our clients.
Her goal is to provide a Health & Safety service that encompasses all aspects of compliancy under one umbrella.
Jan has been an ACC accredited auditor, and with the ACC programmes now in place- it is clear to see that the Government is seeking to promote safer work places in New Zealand. They are hoping to do this by developing a strong Health and Safety commitment among employers.
Jan is also a qualified HASNO advisor and Recommended ACC Back Rehabilitator and has been previously employed by the Employers and Manufacturers Association as one of their Health & Safety consultants.
